To ensure we portray a consistent, professional image in all correspondence, please follow

• If your signature had “Varsity Brands, Inc.” or “Varsity Brands” in it previously, change the

text to: “Varsity Spirit”.

• If your signature had “A Varsity Brand” or “Varsity Brands” under your primary brand(s),

change the text to: “A Varsity Spirit Brand” or “Varsity Spirit Brands”.

• At this time, Varsity Spirit Fashion should stay the same.

Varsity Brands is only to be used when referencing the three business units: Varsity Spirit,

Herff Jones, and BSN SPORTS. It SHOULD NOT be used in signatures or anywhere else unless

given specific direction to do so.

Professional tag lines, such as “I am now taking summer camp reservations”, or event information

may continue to be added to your signature. However, quotes of the day, inspirational quotes, etc.

should be removed. The standard company disclaimer should be attached below your signature.
