Payments:
Initial registration and deposit are due by January 9, 2017
$100 per person (non-refundable)
Balance of Payment is due by February 10, 2017.
Registrations that are not paid in full 2 weeks prior to the event are subject to
cancellation.
Hotel Accommodations:
Hotels may fill up prior to the published deadlines. Hotel reservations are available
on a first come first served basis.
Changes:
All changes must be requested by February 17, 2017. If changes are requested after
this date, you will be charged a $50 fee for every change.
Cancellations:
For cancellations on or before February 10, 2017, all monies will be refunded with the
exception of the one hundred dollars ($100.00) per person deposit.
For cancellations between February 10, 2017 and February 17, 2017, an additional
$100.00 per person penalty will apply to cover hotel and entertainment guarantees.
Cancellations received after February 17, 2017 will result in Full Forfeiture of
all monies paid.
• Deposits from cancellations cannot be applied toward your balance.
• All cancellations must be in writing to the UCA international All Star Championship.
• We will not accept cancellations by phone.

Cancellations with the gym name beginning with A–M may be emailed to or

Cancellations with the gym name beginning with N–Z may be emailed to
or faxed to 800-969-8295 or 901-387-4357, Attn: Jennifer Burnett.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued after the event is over. Requests for refunds last name beginning with
A–M must be sent in writing and may be emailed to or faxed to
800-969-8295 or 901-387-4357, Attn: Chelsea Simoneaux.
Requests for refunds last name beginning with N–Z must be sent in writing and may be
