This event is open to captains, co-captains and officers of varsity teams.

Early Registration available
at select times throughout the day. Early routine preview also
available this afternoon (times TBD).
December 1, 2016
Thursday:
Depart for Orlando, Florida, from your hometown by car, bus or by air. In order to receive airport
transfers flights must arrive into Orlando International Airport (MCO). Varsity Event Registration and
routine preview will begin at 8:30 AM. The orientation meeting and first rehearsal will be held at
6:00 PM. We recommend arriving to the Coronado Springs Resort no later than 3:30 PM. It takes
approxiamtely one hour to get from the airport to the hotel. PLEASE NOTE: Travel arrangements to
Orlando are not included in the cost of the performance package. We will be able to accommo-
date you better if there are flight delays or weather cancellations on arrival or departure days with
tickets purchased through A & I Travel Management. A & I’s phone number is 1-866-719-0379.

Possible performance. Buffet breakfast at the Coronado Springs Resort.** If flying, book your flight
6:00 PM or later. Our performance could occur as late as 4:00 PM.
*Performance Day is tentative. All performers are guaranteed one performance which could
happen on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
**Breakfast buffet is contingent on performance schedule and facility availability. In case the
breakfast is not offered Varsity will provide one breakfast voucher for package attendees.
