PAYMENT OPTIONS
SCHOOL ORGANIZATIONS: Approved purchase
orders for the entire order amount, including applicable
sales/use taxes and shipping charges, will be accepted
from schools or school districts. In lieu of a purchase
order, contact your local sales representative to find out
how a qualified individual from your organization can
complete our Customer Payment Form and receive Net
30 day billing terms.
NON-SCHOOL GROUPS: Orders for Youth
Organizations, Booster Clubs, All Star groups, etc.
require a minimum 75% deposit and a signed Customer
Payment Form at the time the order is placed. The
remaining balance is due Net 30 days. Please
contact your local sales representative for your deposit
requirement.
BILLING TERMS: For orders not prepaid, Net 30 days
upon receipt of invoice. All amounts past due will be
subject to an additional finance charge of 11⁄2% per
month on the balance outstanding.
PAYMENT: Checks and money orders should be made
payable to “Varsity”. A $35.00 service charge will be
assessed for returned checks.
We also accept American Express®, Master Card®, Visa®
and Discover® credit card numbers with expiration date
to be charged when order is placed.
SALES TAX: If your organization is exempt from paying
sales/use taxes, please submit your exemption certificate
or other proof of exemption as required by your state with
your order. Otherwise, please add applicable city/state
sales/use taxes to your order. All personal credit cards,
personal checks, and money orders require applicable
city/state sales/use taxes by law.

When being measured, wear the same under
garments that will be worn with your uniform.
BUST/CHEST: With arms raised to shoulder level,
measure around fullest part of the chest.
WAIST: Measure snugly around body at waistline.
HIPS: Measure around fullest part of the hips.
SKIRT LENGTH: Measure in back from the natural
waistline, over the hips, to the desired length on leg.
Skirt length measurement is indicated from the bottom
of the waistband to the hemline.
GIRTH: Measure from the front of the shoulder down
through the legs and back to the same shoulder.
PANT INSEAM: Measure inside the leg from top to
the desired pant length. (Shorts: standard inseam).
