Camp spacewill be guaranteed on a first
come, first served basis as deposits are
received.

The campmay fill up prior to the deposit
due date so it is important to secure your
reservation by sending in your deposit as
soon as possible.
n
Sending in a deposit is the onlyway to
secure your space at a camp. Camp space
is not confirmed until you receive an email
confirmation back from theUSA office that
your deposit has been received.
n
A camp reservationwithout a deposit
does
not guarantee
space at a camp.
ROOMASSIGNMENTS –
RESORT CAMPSONLY
n
Rooms are based on four people per room
(QuadOccupancy).
n
Special room assignments can bemade for
triple, double, or single accommodations at
the posted rates.
n
If your group cannot complete a quad occu-
pancy room, please place individuals into
appropriate room typewith the appropriate
per person fee. USAwill not combine groups
to complete quad occupancy rooms.
n
Quad rooms will have two double beds.
Triple rooms may only have one bedwith a
rollaway. Single and double rooms may only
have one bed.
EXTRANIGHT LODGING –
RESORT CAMPSONLY
n
Extra night lodgingmay be available before
and/or after the resort camp. For more infor-
mation regarding extra nights, please contact
theUSAOffice.Meals are not includedwith
an extra night of lodging.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
n
Payment can bemade by credit card, school
or cashier’s check, money order or school
purchase order.
Personal or organizational
checks and check paymentsmade by
individual squadmembers are not accepted
andwill be returned.
n
If you are payingwith a school check,
cashier’s check, or money order, send only
one check
for the entire squad/team. Please
do not send checks from individual squad
members.
n

A$25.00 feewill be assessed for each
returned check.

Credit Card Payments
– if you are paying
with a credit card, please pay on-line using
the Registration Tracker.
Please note that the
registrationwill not be complete or the camp

. Credit card payments take
up to24 hours to appear on the account.

If you are payingwith a purchase order,
it should bewritten for the
entire camp
balance
and submittedwith a completed
Enrollment Form.Make sure the school name
appears on the purchase order.
CAMP INFORMATION

Overnight Camps
• The “OnCampus” fee includes all hous-
ing, meals, and instruction.
• The “Commuter” fee includes instruction
only. (Meals may be purchased for
“commuters” on a per meal basis at
most facilities. Contact theUSA office
for pricing).
• The “Non-Participant” fee includes
housing andmeals and is used for all
advisors, coaches, parents, etc. attending
the camp.
n
DayCamps
• The camp fee includes instruction only.
Lunchwill not be servedduring the camp
but a concession standmay be open.
Campers may bring their ownmeals and
snacks to camp.
n
Resort Camps
• The ‘Participant’ fee includes all housing,
meals, and instruction.
• The ‘Non-Participant’ fee includes all
housing andmeals.
• The ‘Commuter Participant’ fee includes
all meals and instructions (unless other-
wise noted).
• The ‘Commuter Non-Participant’ fee in-
cludes all meals (unless otherwise noted).

Due to contractual obligations with host
facilities,
camp feeswill be charged toall
attendees regardless of age or participation.
Non-Participant adults may audit student
classes and attend advisors’/coaches’
workshops.
n
Participantsmust be at least 10 years of age
toattenda Junior HighCampandat least
12 years of age toattendaHigh School
Camp.
n
Many USA camps fill to capacity. If bed
space is not availablewhen you register,
you will be notified immediately regarding
alternate camp dates.
n
Special dorm/meal requests must be submit-
ted inwriting to theUSA office.Wewill do
our best to accommodate.
n
Wireless access cannot be guaranteed.
If
available, a separate cost may be incurred.
n
Parking fees are not covered in camp
registration fees.
CANCELLATION/ADD/CHANGE POLICY
n
Any changes/cancellations need to be sub-
mitted inwriting to theUSA office via email
or fax or through the Registration Tracker.
n
If you do not receive
an emailed invoice
confirmation
reflecting your revised numbers
within 48-hours of submission, please follow
upwith theUSA Registration Department.
n
Cancellations are official onlywhen
received inwritingand confirmedby the
USA office.
n
Cancellation fees may be applied to substi-
tutes that are
addedat the same time of the
cancellation
; however, if there is no alternate
person, the cancellation fee cannot be
applied to the balance of those attending.
n
Because of facility deposits paid by USA,
“no-shows” at campwill not receive any type
of refund
andwill be responsible for the full
tuition. Shoulda “no-show” individual at
a camp have an outstandingbalance (e.g.
unpaid school purchase order, etc.), full
tuitionwill still be due for the individual even
though she/he did not attend camp.

• 31 days or more prior to the start of camp
-- $50 per personwill be retained.
• Between 30 and14 days prior to the start
of camp – 50% of tuitionwill be retained.
• Less than 14 days prior to the start of
camp – full tuitionwill be retained.
• ‘No Shows’ at camp or cancellations
received less than 14 days prior to the
start of campwill not receive any type of
refund and full tuitionwill still be due.
Registrations that are not paid in full or
do not have apurchase order on file 21
days prior to the start of a campwill be
cancelled.

DayCamps
• 21 days or more prior to the start of camp
– $50 per personwill be retained.
• Less than 21 days prior to the start of
camp – 50% of tuitionwill be retained.
• For ‘No Shows’ at camp or cancellations
received less than 21 days prior to the start
of camp50% of the tuitionwill still be due.

do not have apurchase order on file 21

cancelled.

Resort Camps
• 35 days or more prior
to the start of camp – $100
per personwill be retained.
• Between 35 and21 days prior to the
start of camp -- $200 per personwill
be retained.
• Cancellations less than 21 days prior to the
start of camp – full tuitionwill be retained.
• ‘No Shows’ at camp or cancellations
received less than 21 days prior to the
start of campwill not receive any type of
refund and full tuitionwill still be due.
• Cancellations that affect your room occu-
pancies will be charged the additional
room type fees listed.
Registrations that are not paid in full or
do not have apurchase order on file 21
days prior to the start of a campwill be
cancelled.
CAMPCHAPERONE

Each school is required to bring at least one
adult chaperone that is 21 years of age or
older. An adult chaperonemust be in atten-
dancewith overnight campers. The camp
chaperone fee is as follows:
n
Overnight Camps
• $150 and is limited to one per school/
organization.
n
DayCamps
• Complimentary and is limited to one per
school/organization.
n
Resort Camps
• Contact theUSA office for this information.
• There is no discounted commuter chaper-
one fee.
• Chaperone responsibilities primarily
involve assisting and supervising students
at night. Chaperones are assigned to
areas with their own students; however,
theymay be asked to oversee students
from other teams.
COMMUTINGCOACHES/ADVISORS FEE –
OVERNIGHT CAMPSONLY
n
Commuting teams may register one (1)
coach/advisor to attend camp at no cost.
n
Any additional coaches/advisors/non-partic-
ipants may attend at the rate of $25.00
per person.

the POandCamp Policy form to theUSA

If you are payingwithaCredit Card, fax the
Camp Policy form, thenmakeCredit Card
payment online.

The non-refundable deposits secure your
place at campandare applied to the total
camp fee. Full payment may be sent with
the completedCamp Policy form if desired.

To secure your reservation the deposit must
be received in theUSAoffice
no later than
the followingdue dates:
• Overnight andDay camps –45days
prior to the start of your camp.
• Resort Camps –60days prior to the start
of your camp

If the deposit is not receivedby the due date,
your reservationwill be placedon hold until
the deposit is received. There is noguarantee
that once a reservation has beenplacedon
hold it will be able tobe reinstatedonce the
deposit is received.

Once theUSAoffice has received your per
persondeposit, a camp confirmationpacket
will be emailed
to the persondesignated to
receive correspondence. This email will also
give you instructions on how to join theUSA
VIPwebsite.
5.
The balance of the camp fee is due
no later
than the followingdue dates:

Overnight andDay camps –30days
prior to the start of your camp.
n
Resort Camps –45days prior to the
start of your camp.
n
Any registrations that have not beenpaid in
full after this datewill be subject to cancel-
lationandanyassociateddeposit paid
will be forfeited. Paymentswill not be
acceptedat camp.
