Game-Action Evaluation all of your programswill work together. Responding to
this hypothetical prepares spiritleaders for a successful crowdleading season by
giving them the opportunity to hone their leadership skills andwork on practical
techniques necessary to be awinner with the crowd!
LEADERSHIP CLASSES
Every phase of theUSA leader-ship trainingprogram emphasizes
the importance of cooperation, sportsmanship, student body involve-
ment and squad unity. Such topics as leadership styles, group cre-
ativity, decision-making, communication, delegation, organization,
goal-settingandproblem solvingare presented through small groups
and then reinforced on the field through various spirit activities. This
totally integratedapproach allows students to learn andpractice
general leadershipprinciples – both on and off the field.
