CREDENTIALING
PROGRAM
Created in collaboration
with the National Federation
of State High School
Associations (NFHS), the
Squad Credentialing program
was first introduced in 2016.
Guided by the UCA Staff,
cheerleaders will learn and
demonstrate the Roles
of the Cheerleader –
Crowd Leader, Spirit Raiser,
Ambassador, Athlete and
Entertainer. Through the UCA
Summer Camp program,
cheerleaders will participate
in Squad Credentialing during
classes and seminars.
In addition to the Roles for
the Cheerleaders, Safety
Awareness and Leadership
Skills are developed through
hands-on training sessions
throughout camp.
